Breathing new life into old buildings. We did this together with the American real estate fund Union Street.
Union Street has several old office buildings in the Netherlands and asked us for the concept development, design and execution supervision. The result? A social hub with a coffee bar, reception, meeting space. Premises made attractive to tenants again. This concept is now coming to life at Johanna Westerdijkplein.

The building is in an A-location: diagonally across from train station’Holland Spoor’. For this reason, we moved the entrance to this corner of the building.
