Working closely with Significant’s staff, Heyligers architects shaped the design on the basis of their expertise as architects and their experience in arranging workplaces.

Significant itself also organized the quotation process and negotiations with the various suppliers through its own purchasing department, based on its own expertise within the company. The most important motivation was to make the furnishings as circular as possible. Furniture that was close to the original proposal, for example, was taken from the stock of 2nd hand refurbished furniture.
